Our History

Voyage Insurance Group, founded in 2025 by Brannon Green, is an independent insurance agency based in Pittsburg, Kansas. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Brannon has called Pittsburg home for the past ten years. A native of Altamont, Kansas, he is a graduate of Labette County High School.

Brannon developed a strong work ethic early on, working summer construction jobs alongside his father. He went on to play football at Fort Scott Community College and later earned a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma, where he was a two-year starter and contributed to both a Big 12 Championship and the 2014 Sugar Bowl Championship teams.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Brannon founded Voyage Insurance Group with a mission to bring a locally owned agency with national resources to the community he cares deeply about. He is committed to carrying forward the same values and client-focused approach that have defined his career. Brannon takes great pride in building lasting relationships and providing trusted guidance to every client he serves.
